I have lost about 22 pounds. I need to lose 50 more. Wowsa! But I'm making small goals and I realize it took me 9 months to put it on, it will take that long to lose it. My first goal is 19 pounds. I can do it!!
I found a free app on my cell called MyFitnessPal. That's really motivated me! I log my food and daily walks in it and it makes me feel more accountable.
I feel good in clothes but can't wait to tone up. I'm down 21 lbs, 13 to go. My hips though euggh. They are 6 inches bigger than pre-preg. I can't even begin to pull up any jeans. When will they go back to normal????
Also, is it true that breastfeeding keeps on the last 10?
Ive only lost 15 of the 50 I gained. I will be 6 weeks PP tomorrow and will start working out again. Ive been watching what Im eating and hopefully can get the last 35lbs off soon. My poor thighs took most of the weight gain...I gained 3 inches on both...oy.. =/
