How much have you lost?

I have lost about 22 pounds. I need to lose 50 more. Wowsa! But I'm making small goals and I realize it took me 9 months to put it on, it will take that long to lose it. My first goal is 19 pounds. I can do it!!

I found a free app on my cell called MyFitnessPal. That's really motivated me! I log my food and daily walks in it and it makes me feel more accountable.

How is everyone else doing and handling it?

I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight as of last week I was down under that by three lbs but I'm back to my maintainable weight if 135. I only gained 8lbs this pregnancy.

I'm smaller than my pre pregnancy weight, but I was 40 pounds heavier than the day I gave birth to Mikey 8 years ago when I got pregnant with Isabella so I'd like to lose more lol

I've lost 22 of 30 and seems like it's going to hang out around there until I'm all clear to work out. I'd love to lose another 15 after that to get back to where I was before my first baby!

I've lost a lot but we don't have a scale, it's been 7 days, I almost don't have a belly anymore, and no swelling yay!

I gained 18 and I'm down about 30. I'd like to lose another 15 before I go back to work in 10 weeks.

I feel good in clothes but can't wait to tone up. I'm down 21 lbs, 13 to go. My hips though euggh. They are 6 inches bigger than pre-preg. I can't even begin to pull up any jeans. When will they go back to normal????

Also, is it true that breastfeeding keeps on the last 10?

I gained 21lbs and last week I was down 13lbs. I need to weigh myself again.. I'm overweight too, so I need to lose a good 60-70lbs to be at a good weight.

I lost 20 lbs pretty immediately and here I stay :/ 6 weeks post partum and finally getting back to my normal activity level but nowhere near working out any time soon!! Ugh.

Ive only lost 15 of the 50 I gained. I will be 6 weeks PP tomorrow and will start working out again. Ive been watching what Im eating and hopefully can get the last 35lbs off soon. My poor thighs took most of the weight gain...I gained 3 inches on both...oy.. =/
