In the past couple weeks, my ms has thankfully tapered off. YIPPEE! I'm down to just a smidge of nausea in the morning before breakfast.

The problem?! Now I'm starving! I mean, I have never been this hungry in my life! I'm doing my best to make good choices, I lost 1lb the 1st 12 weeks, which is great, but they only want me to gain 15 max.

Does anyone else feel like they could eat their own arm off?

I'm not really craving anything but water. I've been eating a lot of chips and salsa. I need to find something to fill me up that is low in calories. Any suggestions?

I had that the whole first trimester. I'm only now starting to feel a little less ravenous. It had been terrible! I figure our bodies know best though what babies need, so I'm going to listen to it the best I can.

My morning sickness has been lessening, I think (I hope!). On Sunday I was pigging out like I used to and it was GREAT. Yesterday was fine and today was good (I had spaghetti and a six inch subway sandwich and didn't feel ill). However, on the way home I started getting that awful feeling again. But that is a step up from feeling like that all day, everyday.

Somedays I'm starving 10mins after I eat, and somedays I'm forcing myself to eat. It's so all over the place for me.

I think.... I think my ms is going away slowly. Its still around but may be a bit better.

Today I thought I was going to die if I didnt get some darn perogies for lunch!! My co worker said something about perogies and i couldnt stop thinking of them. I had to settle for some fancy mac and cheese with park shoulder. Thankfully once I was full I didnt care anymore.

I've been in the same boat since I hit 10 weeks. I've been eating nonstop all week and it is really bad...I end up feeling starved an hour or two after I eat. My husband thinks it's hilarious but I'm afraid I'm going to put on too much weight if I keep up at this pace, lol.

DO you like raw veggies like tomatoes and peppers etc? You can put dressing on them and I find them yummy and filling!

Nel I swear we are the same person haha. I could live on pierogies and mac n cheese. Which, by the way, thanks a freakin' lot for making me want both IMMEDIATELY!

Yes! I have been munching on carrots and grapes a lot but they don't keep me full for more than an hour or two. Maybe it will stick with me longer if I dip them in something. I don't like ranch or "veggie dips" but I LOVE hummus!

Yes I have been STARVING for weeks since I don't have ms (please nobody shoot me). I had been doing really well with eating good foods but fell off the past couple of weeks because I have been sick and DH has been enabling me ("you want McDonalds fries at midnight - ok sweetie I'll be back in a few"). Must do better.
