I received my dvd's yesterday. Used them today. I got a nice steady workout ..very pleased!
I did 30 minutes of Summer Sanders Prenatal Workout and 10 minute solution Prenatal Pilates (I did the total body option) by Lizbeth Garcia.
The Summer Sanders has full workouts *about 50 minutes* and express workouts *30 minutes* and you have the option of doing 1st tri, 2nd tri, or 3rd tri and the exercises are modified for each trimester.
The Pilates one has workouts broken down by body parts (buns and thighs ect) and each one is 10 minutes long.
The instructors are all pregnant.
I feel like I got a work out in..I did sweat..but it never got to the level of not being able to talk or feeling like I was over doing it...it feels like JUST enough..enough to keep me healthy and my weight in check hopefully.
Sounds like a great idea, maybe I need to pick some up myself. I went to a yoga class the other day, but it wasn't prenatal yoga. I really enjoyed it but definitely feel like I will have a hard time once I get bigger, so this may be the best solution.
