So I have ask because it's semi freaking me out and not making me want to DTD. Is anyone else having BH for hours and hours after "O" or just after DTD in general?

DH and I DTD this morning after I got home and I swear my uterus has felt hard off and on all day since. It seems to happen pretty much everytime we DTD for the past two weeks.

Thoughts? Experiences? Should I go in and see if my cervix is changing at all? I have been having BH contractions thru the day even when we don't DTD. IDK maybe I am being paranoid.

I do for a couple of hours but not all day. That would suck! I think BH are pretty normal at this point so it wouldn't necessarily worry me unless they start to feel like "real" contractions. Never hurts to call just in case though!

It usually starts after 20 weeks for me. Then it would happen every time. But they didn't hurt, it felt odd but yup, happens to me.

I have zero sex drive at the moment. :/ But, yes I get them after but typically only for a few hours. It is always better to be safe than sorry, maybe call and ask to ease your mind.

DH and i rarely DTD because it always starts to hurt. I usually hit "O" before he does and then it starts hurting and i have cramps for hours after it.

I don't feel too different after normal sex but feel kinda tight and rubbish after giving oral sex. Probably an "overexertion" thing. Wonder if it'll get me out of it any time soon . My sex drive has also been notably absent. Probably doesn't help that sex is starting to ger awkward with the belly and where we can go. Pillows elsewhere ain't helping support this gut anymore, on top feels like a marathon effort and DH isn't the biggest fan of missionary . Ah I miss our "lazy way" lol. Still waiting for the magical second tri boost

We've only DTD a couple of times since we got pregnant. My head was more into it than my body. I did feel crampy for a couple of hours afterward.

After our appt on 11/5, the perinatalogist said I have a very low lying placenta. So I put myself on pelvic rest until an OB said it was safe. Well, the new OB says my placenta has moved up and there are no worries. Which is awesome cuz I definitely got my 2nd trimester libido. If only I weren't sick. I told DH that as soon as this illness won't interfere......I am ATTACKING him.

I just hope my body reacts as well as my mind.

I get crampy after an O...I think that is normal to an extent. Probably one reason they say to have lots of sex towards the end to help induce labor. At this stage though...all day cramping would be concerning to me.
Hope all is well and doc gives you the go ahead to continue DTD as much as you want!

I find it kinda hurts while we're DTD. Almost like everythings just super sensitive down there. So we haven't been super active in the bedroom lately I must admit.

We havent been super active, but when we get done, or if we have to stop for a while I get BH but only for an hour at most.

Speaking as someone who's second trimester kicked in early;

We've DTD multiple times lately. I haven't had all day cramping. I have had occasional cramping, but it doesn't happen after every time we DTD.

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I called the nurse line and they said as long as I'm not having more than 6 contractions per hour then I should be ok. I think I only had 2 all day today so I'm less stressed about it. It's times like this that make me wish my DH wasn't so darn sexy. Lol!
