I figured I'd post some pix of the Menorah my step-dad gave me. It's the same Menorah dad used when he was a boy and lit it with his parents.
This is a pic of the Menorah before it was lit:
This is a pic of the Menorah all lit up with all 8 Holy day candles and the middle guy who lights the other candles (for a total of 9 candles):
Another one all lit up:
And a close up of the graphic on the Menorah (I don't know what the Wailing Wall is , I'll have to ask Dad....):
Thanks for looking! Shalom and Love to all of you!!!
EDT FOR WAILING WALL INFO (GOT FROM WIKIPEDIA):
The Western Wall (Hebrew: הכותל המערבי, translit.: HaKotel HaMa'aravi), sometimes referred to as the Wailing Wall or simply the Kotel (lit. Wall; Ashkenazic pronunciation: Kosel), and as al-Buraq Wall by Muslims, is an important Jewish religious site located in the Old City of Jerusalem which is also of significance to Islam. Just over half the wall, including its 17 courses located below street level, dates from the end of the Second Temple period, being constructed around 19 BCE by Herod the Great. The remaining layers were added from the 7th century onwards.
