Hi ladies.

I have a friend who lost her 16 month old earlier this year. Her sweet angel was born on Nov. 20th. I know that date is a while away, but I need ideas on what to get her on that day. I am thinking of getting a card and a balloon filled with helium so that her daughter can release it to go to heaven to her baby brother. (I know that this little girl believes in heaven). Can you give me other ideas?

Thanks

For me, personally, that would be more than enough. Its far more than some people do. Just the very action of you remembering her angel and doing something would also could to me as a gift.

I agree anything you do is great because so many people do not want to deal with it. The only other suggestion is maybe anything with a Angel on it if she is a religious or spiritual person.

on addys bday we had cake and had balloons and wrote messages and tied em to the balloons. it was almost a happy day weirdly enough. there were obviously sad tears but we told my son who was 2 and a half at the time that god was having a party for her and the angels were reading her our messages in the balloons. and he thought that was pretty cool.
