My SO and I got in a huge, completely stupid fight this morning, which ended up with both of us screaming things at each other that we totally didn't mean. Pregnancy hormones anyone??

I have been cramping ever since and can't get it to stop. I want to cry... I feel like it would be silly to go to the ER, but I don't have a midwife/OBGYN yet, and I don't think my regular doc could do anything.

Yeah, lay down, drink lots of water and prop your feet up. Try and relax, fights happen.

Just rest and try to relax. We got into a fight yesterday morning and I definitely felt some twinges -- just lay down for a bit and see if that helps. I'm sure it will be alright!

Doing mostly ok this evening. I took a nap earlier, and then ran to the grocery store, which made the cramping come back, but am laying down on the couch again. I think I will be ok, but the cramping was pretty intense for a while. No spotting though, which gives me hope. I also just made an appointment with a woman who does Hypnobabies classes. She has early pregnancy stress reduction private classes, and I signed up for one in the coming weeks.

Poop on fighting/cramps =( I get stress cramps all the time. I prescribe a trip to Hawaii for us all =)

Now to find money.

Until then...just lay down and try to rest!

I am so in for the trip to Hawaii! Heading to bed early and tomorrow is a new day. I am officially at least 7 weeks tomorrow and still no spotting. No matter what else, I am going to hold that close tomorrow and try to be at peace.

Now off to dream of the tropics.

I'm so sorry! I hope the cramping is completely gone this morning. *hugs* It is normal to cramp a bit when you're stressed physically, as well as mentally. I hope the resting and hydrating did the trick. How do you feel today?
