Idk about you ladies, but I have been having awful lower back pain, occassionally it will run to the middle of my back ans even between my shoulder blades. I dont remember backpain this bad with my other two- well I do but not this early on, maybe 4-5 months up. Im def gonna get some cranberry juice, just in case. What about you? Any back pain going on?

Mine gets worse at night, especially because we have a very firm mattress and I hate firm mattresses, I have been camping out on the sofa for a few nights because its much softer and much more comfortable than the bed. I am getting a mattress topper probably this weekend and eventually DH is going to have to give in and we have to get a new mattress. Maybe a sleep number so that he can have his firm and I can have my soft.

I get middle back pain primarily sitting in the car. On long trips I wind up sticking a water bottle behind my back to get some relief. Higher up in the back pain can be heartburn, eat some Tums and see if that makes a difference!

That sounds amazing. Mine varies between achy and super achy. It doesnt really go away and its been this way for about 2 weeks +... Baths are wonderful but unfortunately I dont get a lot of time to take a bath lol.

ih avent gotten it in the shoulder blades for about a week, I think it was due to the boobies getting bigger thats good to know about heartburn though! That just started too, I had awful heart burn with both boys it would actually make me cough not something Im looking forward to, but its worth it.

My lower right side of my back (from the hip to the bottom of my bottom) has been in a large amount of pain. To be fair, it was hurting before I got pregnant -- don't know what I did to it -- but since getting knocked up, holy cow!!!!! It is unbelievable. I'm trying to find some first trimester friendly stretches/yoga poses to ease some of the pain.

The worst part is.....sniff, sniff, sniff.....I can't wear my high heels to work any more. I love my heels and I've been stuck wearing flats. (sigh) They're just not the same!
