Good job! I know how you feel, I had to quit my eCig. The hardest time for me is driving to and from work. I feel like I am missing something with my morning coffee.

Congrats! I quit almost a decade ago. I was a pack a day smoker and used the patch to kick the habit. SO happy I did! The pull of the routine was hard for quite awhile bit I worked out new routines and I'd say I stopped having frequent cravings after a few months. Hardest part was work (I was a waitress at the time & everyone took smoke breaks) and bars (smoking in bars was still legal and common in the olden days).

I was a pack a day smoker until I found out I was pregnant. I slipped up here and there the first week after getting my bfp, but I've not had a cig in two weeks. It's hard but worth it! I'm with ya, the routine breaking part is the hardest

Congrats! I quit the day I got my bfp with DS. Never looked back either. Tried many, many times before that and it never stuck.

Congrats!!!! It's a huge accomplishment!!! DH was a smoker and finally quit, with the help of Chantix, right after we had DS2. The great thing about Chantix is he said he never struggled with cravings again. He did say the routine was the hardest. I commend you! Congrats, again!

That's wonderful!!! The first week was the hardest for me, it got easy after that week. My husband and I are almost to our one year mark from quitting! Plus with baby it's the prefect excuse to tell yourself why you shouldn't when you feel the urge!! Very proud..keep up the good work!!!

That's a big achievement, way to go! My husband was a "closet smoker" and quit a few months ago. I now how hard it was for him but stick with it and you'll do great!

That's awesome!!!

I quit a year before I had my son...stayed quit until after my first daughter was born...got a divorce and started smoking again.

Quit on my second wedding date, started up again after losing our first baby together...quit again the day I found out I was pregnant with Jessica.

The plan was to pop out Jess and start smoking again...but I never had another cigarette.

In my dreams though? I CHAIN SMOKE. In my dreams now I'm PREGNANT and I CHAIN SMOKE. And I tell myself that's how they did it in the 70s.

Awake? No desire to smoke whatsoever.

It is NOT EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good for you and all other quitters!!!
