All day I have had this horrible pressure in my stomach (above belly button, under ribs) and it's gotten unbearable. I feel like if I could just belch or throw up it would be relieved, but I haven't been able to do either. It's getting painful!

Is anyone else having this problem? Have any tips for relief? Every time I stand up I feel like sobbing because it hurts!

It definitely sounds like gas pressure. I'm not sure about relieving it, though. Is GasX ok during pregnancy? If so, that may work. Hope it passes soon and you get some relief. It sounds horrible.

It sounds like gas. You could try sitting in a hot shower and then switching positions every couple of minutes (sounds weird, but I swear it helps). Hope you feel better soon!
