Good morning all! Since my first visit in a week from today over the weekend I picked up some prenatal vitamins. I am SOO out of the loop. Do we or should we have the DHA? I asked my OBGYN which ones to get to start some right away. She said that I could come to the office and get some or take a multi vitamin with an extra supplement of folic acid or get a prenatal with 800 mg of folic acid until I come in and they will have samples for me. They didn't mention anything about DHA.
I also picked up some organic spinach and other greens to add any the extra Folic acid!
