My dad's stuffing (no one else's suffices, as I discovered last year at my ILs thanksgiving dinner), my mom's mashed potatoes with gravy, and my brother's green bean casserole.

I may be a little extra excited to finally be home for Thanksgiving this year!! (The last 2 years I haven't been)

Stuffing and sweet potatoes. And those sweet potatoes better be drowned in brown sugar, butter and marshmallows!!!

I really don't like most traditional Thanksgiving sides. But I am really looking forward to greens and mac and cheese.

DH makes a sweet potato mash with cheddar cheese and bacon - it's soooo good. We have it at Thanksgiving in October, and Christmas time...every once in a while I can convince him to make it at other times but it's really a fall/winter side.

We went to my family's thanksgiving dinner this past weekend and my parents didn't make: macaroni and cheese, stuffing, or green bean casserole!!! I wanted to literally cry!!! But- I knew it was because of finances this year. They did have a ton of vegies from their own garden though, so that helped: peas, greens, green beans, beets, etc.

Anyways- if my DP's family doesn't have stuffing, mac n cheese, and green bean casserole to make up for my family's thanksgiving.. I will DEFINITELY cry

You can come to my house if you dont mind two crazy toddlers and trip to CA LOL. I assure you we are going all out this year! Im even making a kind of unique pasta salad because I bought wayyyyy too much maceroni for the mac n cheese! (the pasta salad has brocoli raw, shredded carrots, bell pepper, golden raisens in an applecider vinegar dressing with sugar, and a little bit of sourcream and mayo. ) Hopefully it turns out decent. I just made it up LOL.

On my mom's side my favourite side's are stuffing, mashed potatoes, 7-day salad and turnip puff.

When I go to my MIL's my favourite side's are stuffing, green-bean casserole and broccoli with cheese sauce.
