Anyone else eating in the middle of the night?

I wake up out of a sound sleep with a growling tummy. It's annoying. I usually eat a banana and drink a glass of milk at night to go back to sleep.

It's really annoying because all day long I have zero desire to eat and I feel like I'm forcing food down to keep the nausea at bay. Then between 1am and 3am I'm ravenous for food. It's like my clock is totally off for eating.

I wake up around midnight to pee and notice my tummy is very grumbly. I may have to start making a little snack for my sleepy self before I head to bed.

I wake up in the middle of the night starving. I've only given in once and grabbed some crackers.

I don't wake up hungry... I wake up because I have to pee or because my hips hurts.

Boo.

I don't have the terrible hunger pains I use to have at 4am, I do wake up sometimes to pee and my stomach will start growling, but I never eat. I suffer through it because I am too tired to drag myself to the kitchen and make something. And I don't want to wake DH to do it, although he would, because he has to get up for work.

I may start keeping some peanut butter crackers or something in the nightstand. If I can hide them from the girls!

I wake up due to hip or back pain...then realize I have to pee...then realize I am dying of thirst. I bring a glass of water with me to bed but my cat drinks out of it once we fall asleep...so I have to go back down to the kitchen for a drink...after which I wake up 2 hours later having to pee again *sigh*

It's a tough life we live
