I think I need to get myself on a permanent time to either take them in the morning with breakfast or at night with dinner. Since most oftenI don't remember if I have already taken them for the day. I would hate to take them 2x in one day so I have to skip them when I am not sure!

I take mine right before bed.. habit I got into before I switched to the gummies but it still works. I remember to take them because I don't want to take them after I've fed and played with the rats, and I never forget to do that.

I take mine before I go to bed, just to cut down on any tummy upset they may cause.

I take mine right before I go to bed, They make my stomach upset so that works for me, Plus I put them right by the toilet paper to remind me then after I take em I put em up that way I know if they aren't by the toilet paper then I already took it. (I always pee right before bed that's why I put em by the toilet paper)

I take them at night! When I took them in the morning they made me sick.

Does everyone take the ones with DHA? When did they start referring DHA in prenatals?

The Dha has been recommended for at least 7 years ( my ob began preaching a year ahead of getting pregnant with DS) and I take mine at night but tonight my tummy is so upset I might skip. It just hasn't settled today.

I take mine before bed as well. I take other pills to so I have a day of the week container so I know if I took them or not.

When I remember to take them I do it on my way out the door for work. But I forget at least 3 days a week.

When I remember, it's with dinner. I've found taking it with food helps with the upset stomach issues.

I take mine at night with OJ... Mine are whole food ones and the smell and taste of them are hard to swallow but seem easier for me at night...

I usually forget

I tried keeping them at work so I'd remember in the morning, but I didn't.

I tried taking them home to take with dinner. Didn't help too much.

Mine say to take them with food, but not with dairy - that being said, I normally take them with lunch, unless lunch is dairy heavy, then I take them with dinner or with a small snack when I get home.

I am pretty good remembering them on weekdays; however, weekends I am a bit forgetful.

I take mine in the morning just before I leave the house. I always eat a bagel in the car for breakfast. Now that it's winter break I take the vitamins with breakfast. They don't upset my stomach.

I have gummies that I love, so I take them when I walk into the kitchen after waking up in the morning.
