I apologize if someone has recently posted about this - I have not been able to hop on here in a couple weeks, but I'm wondering if anyone else is having a TON of Braxton-Hicks contx? Maybe a ton is too much of an exaggeration, but I've been noticing them more and more and today especially I have had a good amount.
I read that they are more common with subsequent pregnancies, and this is my third, so I guess that makes sense. I also think I didn't drink much water today, so I'm pounding liquids right now (great, I'll be up all night peeing) and trying to get extra hydrated.
I just don't know if I should be concerned about them, or is it pretty normal?
I'm the Queen of BHs. I had loads of them with DD and I have loads of them with Sprog. I just had one a minute ago, actually. By loads I mean about 4-6 per hour at times. I was concerned when I started having them with great frequency with DD but now that I know its my norm I'm not stressing about them. Take note of changes in their frequency, intensity, and pain level. Changes usually mean you're just overdoing it/dehydrated. Just be responsive to those changes by taking a break and drinking some water.
