Holy pressure! Every time I get up to use the bathroom I feel like my insides are going to fall out. I've started to prop my feet up when laying down and hoping that gravity will help keep this baby up there. I'm nervous for my appointment next week and hoping that nothing has changed. Anyone else feeling lots of pressure?

The good news is that lots of rest is keeping the contractions under control. I had a few when getting dressed yesterday, and only one that brought me to my hands and knees.

I am so sorry you are going through this! I hope he stays up there another few weeks at least.

I haven't had that happen yet - what keeps happening to me is when I really need to use the washroom and I am holding it a bit too long he seems to know and loves to roll over right on my bladder....thus far I have not peed my pants though.

(Hugs) A little pressure but nothing like what I know is coming. I think I was having more pressure at this point with DD but her head was planted firmly on my cervix early on and Sprog is still spinning all around. Take it as easy as you can. Sitting on a birth ball might help ease the discomfort if your doc thinks that's ok.

Yikes! The only pressure I feel is when I get up after laying down in bed/lounging on the couch for a bit, at that point I feel like I need to brace my belly from below...but usually once I pee that intense pressure goes away.

Hopefully your appointment goes well and baby co-operates! Are you using a Pregnancy Support Belt? If not, that might help...?

(((Hugs))) I totally understand. This kid is pounding on my cervix and I fear that he's going to break free soon. I hope you have a good appointment next week and that there's been no change. Are you on weekly appointments right now? I have to go twice a week (three this week if you count the trip to the high risk OB).

These babies need to stay put!!!!!

I'm on baby three, but yes tons of pressure. More annoying and comfortable than painful though. No contraction though. Those stopped around week 30.

Uncomfortable I mean

Yes (well, kind of, it will be 10 days since my visit to L&D), but then weekly, as far as a know. I'd actually be okay if it changed to twice a weeks since that can be an exciting outing. Sitting at home all day is BORING. I rode with DH to get a haircut this weekend because I just wanted to get out for a bit. Totally lame, I know.

Not lame at all. It's amazing how exciting normal life can be once you're not allowed to be part of it any more!
