He has told our kids the same thing everytime I have been pregnant and it never ceases to make me laugh and give him the He rubs my belly and says: "Now Zack, Im going to tell you right now, I love you, but these (referring to my boobs) are on loan! They are still mine." LOL I swear the things he says haha.
Some friends of mine just sent me a pretty expensive wrap for Owen, in a rainbow and brown print, and my husband was looking at the instructions and said "why is there a man in the pictures?" I was like uhhh, men can wear babies. He says "Not in that print!" LOL!
When we start fooling around, before he starts to move down he'll always ask "i'm not gonna get shot in the face with milk am i?" Lol doesn't work like that, not yet anyway.
Lol yet is definitly the key word! With our first I had no idea about nursing pads- it just never occured to me. Heh I fell asleep curled up next to Brian and he woke up drenched in milk LOL! He just laughed and teased me. Ive never lived that down LOL
Every time we go to bed, or if DH sees me getting out of the shower he starts singing, "Oh she's got them pappo-nonies! Those big 'n round pappo-nonies!" referring to my slightly enlarged nipples.
I roll my eyes at him because they actually didn't get that much bigger, especially considering how big the girls themselves got so I consider myself lucky! DH actually loves my pregnant body and especially the girls right now, he just sings that song because he thinks it's funny *shakes head*
On the sweeter side of things - everytime we're relaxing and he feels or sees GingerBean move he says, "I love her" and gives my belly a smooch
DH is an avid tv watcher and he gets entirely attached to these series. we watch a few together, but i have mine and he has his.
earlier this week, they released a large list of tv shows that were renewed, and those that weren't. of course most of the shows he likes weren't renewed for the fall line up. yesterday, i read somewhere that one of his all time favorite shows that he's been watching for YEARS, 2 and a half men, was renewed for another season, but it will be the final season.
his response? "well we might as well just through out all the TVs and become Amish!" ... that was a totally reasonable reaction lmao
