I've learned each child is different. Allie I started by trying a couple of brands and found pampers worked best for her. Payton I started with pampers but after awhile switched to huggies those worked best for her. Dougie I found did best with huggies he's in the slip ons by huggies right now they are like a pull up but still have the same amount of a diaper where pull UPS can leak fast since they don't hold much. I'll be having a couple of different brands to start with to figure out which one works best for each twin.

For namebrand, love Pampers Swaddlers
For offbrand, Walgreens and Costco

Those of you talking about Honest diapers may want to check out Zulily:

The Honest Company | Daily deals for moms, babies and kids

They have them for a discount. I think I'm leaning towards the pampers swaddlers for the newborn phase myself.

Autumn is right each child is different. With Ryan and luke I used the Pampers swaddlers and the snug and dry. We used to do weekly 2-3 hr drives (one way, so like 6 hrs of driving) to go to stanford for Luke and they lasted, and he never leaked in between changes. I tried huggies with Ryan and Luke and they leaked. My friends little girl who was chunkier than ry and luke as babies, had just had her diaper changed (huggies) was sitting on my lap and peed on me. It just leaked right through!!! So I definitely stick with pampers, but this lo could be different. I dont use the pampers cruisers because ryan used to get diaper explosions out the leg...but I think its because he is sooo freaking skinny. He is a stick. He weighed 28lbs by his 3rd bday!!! Even now hes 4 and only 33lbs while Luke will be 3 in may and is 34lbs! So it does depend on the child.
