Gabrielle June Hale
Gabrielle Elaina Hale

^^^ These are the two we can't decide between, June has family significance, but I'm just not crazy about it. I love Elaina.

Also, I don't think the flow of Gabrielle Hale is the best; boyfriend and everyone else says they think it sounds fine. WDYT? Her name is going to be Gabrielle regardless, so I guess this is kind of a moot point, but I just want to know I'm not crazy...

If she is born in May, I would pick Elaina. I like how it sounds. Will you use a nickname at all? Does that change how it sounds to you?

I like Elaina as well - it balances out the single syllable last name, we are facing a similar issue with our name choices, the middle name has to balance the longer first name if we choose one because DH's last name is one syllable.

If we used my last name - it would be easier because it's two syllables

Tough call to make.

I prefer Elaina over June name wise - however, since Gabrielle ends with the 'el' sound, I am not sure if I would want the middle name to start with that same sound...

Gabriella flows better with his last name too, but I like Gabrielle, strictly. Gabriella is a bit too frilly for me.

Both of these are pretty middle names. I personally like June, but if you prefer Elaina, that's what you should go with!
