is the ooga booga cotton? if so, does it wick when made that way or do you not use the fleece shorties as a cover?

Yes its cotton. I just made them last night so I dont know about wicking yet. Im thinking with regular use they should be fine as a cover as long as he doesnt get to wet. Ill let you know.
