Yeah, coughing or sneezing does that with mine too, it's a bit annoying, but a little wiggle with some kegel action usually fixes it

ccasionally get a little blood on my fingers - depends how heavy I am, or how long since I emptied - but it's not so messy that I can't sufficiently wipe on some TP to get my jeans back on (of course I do wash my hands thoroughly after getting my jeans on

) Usually though, no mess. Practice makes perfect!
The way I take it out is, in a squat position, pinch the base to release suction, and twist as I slowly draw it out. Then I do a kegel clench while I empty and rinse it, and usually don't have any mess.
You'll get the hang of it!
