I dunno why but for some reason I can't do it very well. I end up having to hold my poor 8 month old down while I'm figuring out how to get the darn thing on her. I've gone to numerous websites and printed the directions out but it never looks like it does on the paper. Anyone know how to do this???

hmm... my mom knows how. I'll see if she can describe it well, or maybe do a picture step-by-step. I'll have to find some fabric that's the right size to do a demonstration...

I know she said she used to fold them right out of the laundry and then they were all ready to go.
