For those of you that use Flips!

I have a cover but don't have any of the Flip inserts. Is it worth getting the Flip ones, or is it ok to use something else? Are the Flip stay dry ones a different size from other microfiber inserts?

Thanks!

I know some people use prefolds. You can't use a regular microfiber insert though because it would be directly against the baby's skin. I love the Flip stay dry inserts and the Flip organic inserts.

I was wondering the same thing--if you could just use the cover as a cover to any diaper that needs a cover? Or do you need their inserts? Same with gDiapers--because I have lots of those, but dont want to buy the liners for them.

Nope, you don't have to use them. I started using prefolds but fell in love with the stay-dry inserts!

I have the organic insert but I think I'm going to try the stay-dry ones because they're only $4.95 on MMB. I love the organic one so far.

I've also used the cover over a fitted diaper and it worked fine.

Thanks ladies! I think I'll try to get a couple of the Flip inserts, and see how it goes.

You can use just about anything but I prefer the flip inserts because they are easier and work so well.
