I have some XS Thirsties covers but they look really big?? I bought them to be used with the KL0's and the cover is significantly bigger than the KL0's

What diaper covers are best for itty bitty babies?

bummis super brite size newborn fits babies down to 5 lbs. I've never used this size, but i love this cover.

I used thirsties xs on my baby and it was big at first, but fit for quite a while.

I feel lke my thirsties duo sz 1 fit smaller than the xs, and it still fits her even though she outgrew the xs.

I had a newborn pro wrap that was really small. Also the Thirsties duo wrap size 1 was pretty small at its smallest setting. At 3 weeks old we were already on the largest rise setting for it.

I second this! I used them on both my boys and they are significantly smaller than xs Thirsties/duo wrap!! Worked great on my 6 1/2 lb baby

The Bummis Super Whisper Wraps NB size are tiny from what I see. I dont think it even fits over a NB fitted probably lol... I'd have to try it on my SIL's baby in May

I love the Bummis NB Super Brite covers. I just ordered 4 more for her. She's about 7 lbs at 2 weeks.
