Holy cow. Do all of you OS fitted users own a diaper sprayer, or what's your secret? That was NOT fun to deal with!

P.S. I really don't like diaper sprayers and don't want to buy one. So any tips other then that would be great!

I use a diaper sprayer, but for those really sticky ones, I dunk and swish.

I dunk n scrape (with a dedicated poop spatula), and flush as I go until the water is pretty much clear. I have rubber gloves at hand for really bad cases. I have Sandys fitteds which are made of terry (like a towel), you REALLY don't want to get peanut butter super-stinky poo off of those, ugh!!! I try to use a Flip & padfolded flat when she's due for a poop!

I can't tell when he's due for a poop anymore, he poops whenever he feels like it. I think I might need to get a spatula!

I'm a dunk and swisher. If it's really bad, I'll just leave it to soak in the toilet for a little while and come back to it later. Not a huge fan of having to pull it back out of the toilet later, but it works pretty well.

What's different about the fitted compared to other diapers? What makes fitteds worse for you?

We use pockets and have a sprayer. I don't know if I'd be able to do it without one.

I dn't have my sprayer hooked up as I'm having issues and... yeah. I'm glad his poops haven't been anything less than solid lately. I do hve to say though, that poops are so much easier to get off the diaper (well, onesizes anyways) if you let them sit for like 6 or so hours. Even the ones that are less than solid are easier to get off when you let em sit before dealing with them.

I'm a dunker and swisher, and it works fine with pockets. The problem with the fitteds is the soaker petal or whatever it's called. It's much harder to dunk and swish because you have to deal with 2 separate but connected layers of fabric.

Otherwise, I LOVE my fitteds...they are the closest I have to bulletproof right now, and it feels good to be able to actually depend on a diaper!

OH, I understand. I thought you were talking about fitteds with internal soakers. Yeah, I can see how that would be a PITA to deal with. A lot of the fitteds that I made have long foldable external soakers, so those will be fun to deal with. Luckily all of my babies will be on formula (foster babies...any bio babies we are luck enough to have will be breast fed, though) so their poops will be a bit more firm...hopefully. LOL

My experience with formula is sticky peanut butter poop. I nought my sprayer after my son went on neocate.

I bought my sprayer after one of my babies had to go on formula. I have a diaper sprayer that sprays hot water. I use it on everything.

I don't even know why L still has peanut butter poop going on. It would be awesome if it could just be solid like it's supposed to be

I normally line with a fleece liner, so I dump as much of the solid or solidish poo into the toilet as I can, flush, then hold the liner by each end and swish as much poo as I can off of it. It usually pretty much rinses to the point where there are just poo marks. Most of the time my hands stay dry but sometimes not. Oh well, they wash
