Do you find it easy to get to sleep at night, or is it difficult for you?
What do you do to wind down before bed?

I can get to sleep really easily now since I learned to meditate, LOL!!! I had sooooooo much energy during Kaiden's pregnancy, it was a great time to practice that since I probably got 3 hrs of sleep each night during the first trimester, I was so wired all. the. time.!! I also use myofascial release. I learned how to do the basics of it and concentrating on that will put me right to sleep too! Most of the time I just fall asleep no problem and dont have to "do" anything.

It depends. If Neely is snoring, then no. If I can get to sleep before him, then yes. I usually read before I fall asleep lately. If I'm not reading, I'll watch tv.

most nights I fall asleep without much issue, I usually watch a bit of TV before bed, or take a warm bath

Haven't had trouble falling asleep lately!! I used to have a lot of trouble when I worked, my mind would still be trying to solve and analyze work problems, I even had dreams of being lost in an Excel spreadsheet, aaaaaaaaaa lol. But now I am usually physically worn out and drop off very quickly.

Do you find it easy to get to sleep at night, or is it difficult for you? I only have a hard time if I'm watching a show or on the computer too late (like tonight). I try to unplug by 9-9:30 every night to avoid that. If I do, I fall asleep easily.
What do you do to wind down before bed? If I have a hard time falling asleep, I read or pray. If I still can't sleep, I play Words With Friends

Hahaha...I have no troubl falling asleep...at any time of the day or night! I love to sleep.

I generally read before going to sleep, for around a half hour. Very rarely will I not fall asleep after that and I then will play "mind games" with myself. Like what I would do if I won the lotto...or something else equally fun to think about. It usually puts me to sleep, since it doesn't require "real" thinking.

I fall asleep at night quickly. I would love to be able to nap when Ellie does but can't get my mind to stop thinking.
