Alva is really freaking lucky I love their diapers. The company has THE WORST customer service on the planet AND theyre a disorganized mess. The diapers for our coop were shipped but they didnt send ANY inserts.

I did not get any of my inserts with this order I just got today A: Sorry because you had only bought the diaper covers so there is no inserts on your order Me: copy and pasted order and payment info showing I paid for them A: Oh, Sorry, do you mean you had not received the bamboo inserts Me: I did not get ANY inserts at all A: Oh so sorry maybe we had forgot to send the inserts to you, pls do not worry about it, we will send the inserts with the rest of your items Me: When are the other items going out A: Because the 4-layer bamboo inserts are out of stock in the moment too, they will be restock next week, after they restocked we will send them out is it ok?Me: I need my MF inserts and the 3-layer sent out now. How are people going to use the diapers?A: So sorry about it, if you need them urgently, we can ship them to you now Me: Yes please ship them out ASAP. No one ever said anything about them being out of stock when I placed the order. How come you never tell me these things?A: Because before that we had forgot to send the inserts to you but now the 4-layer bamboo inserts are out of stock now. We will send the microfiber inserts and the 3-layer bamboo inserts to you today.
So basically they forget to send the inserts. I am still going through the order. A few things aren't there because they were oos but some things are missing too. I am updating the sheets from the orders as I find things missing :-("
So I guess ill be washing diapers every.single.night and still using 1-2 sposies a day for ANOTHER month. UGH.
