Is your baby squirmy and fights diaper changes tooth and nail, or are they serene and lay there quietly while you change them?

Liam is demonic. Is that an option? I thought it would get better when he had logic skills and I could bribe him. I was WRONG. He is a total PITA to change. I truly can not wait until he is out of diapers.

Kieran is squirmy...but innocently so. He just is trying to get stuff while I change him. So it sometimes takes two or three tries to get the dipe on. But he doesn't "fight" me about the diaper.

Kaiden lays serenely for everybody but ME. little stinker!! With only me, he fights me tooth and nail some days . . . kicking and crying and doing everything he can to get out of it . . . made me think I was doing something wrong!! But, I've got his number noW! I just ask DH to walk over and give him "the eye". Works every time! too bad DH doesn't work from home all the time!!!!

M sometimes is borderline cooperative but more often fighting to escape... I think she might be a little better lately though... sometimes she is mellow. But when she's not, ugh, it is rough!!! She is way too strong.

Our little lady is quite good at this stage. Sometimes when she's fussy she'll stop once you put her on the changing table. The first couple of weeks she put up a fight for changing though.

Fought the idea tooth and nail until I started a routine of giving him a chance to decide when he was ready (wait until he's done his current activity, give him the choice of coming right away or a 5 min countdown, move to diapering area and we stay there until he's ready for the change) and giving him a chance to particpate (helping mommy with snaps).
