....I totally have a "favorite cloth child!"

So at risk of being judged (eh, who am I kidding, you ladies are fabulous!)...I am realizing the TRUE delights of cloth now that Kieran is here. He is such an "easy" cloth baby.

He has NO sensitivities. He has average pottying amounts, so I am only doing 1-2 poop diapers a day from him. He doesn't wet through diapers in four seconds flat (YET). He doesn't pull them off his butt, even the Velcro ones (YET). He is not allergic to latex or sensitive to non-stay-dry materials. His poop is mostly formed and sometimes even ploppable. He isn't on antibiotics, which give him yeast and horrible rashes, every other week. His body fits in most types and styles of diapers pretty well. He doesn't kick and lash at me while trying to change him (YET).

See how cloth is just so much more pleasant with him?? I feel like the year I did cloth with Liam (before K came along), was nothing but one trial after another. From rashes to sensitivities, to heavy wetting, to getting entirely sick of spraying off 6 peanut butter poopp diapers a DAY. I feel like it was "worth it" because I was glad to be using cloth and glad of the switch. But it wasn't as easy as people on here were saying. It was trying and complex and sometimes wasn't worth it (for a day or two). I went back to sposies for a day here and there on a regular basis.

Now some of it was detergent stuff that I would have had to work out regardless. But I feel if I had started with a kid like Kieran, I woulda found the undying love so much quicker!!

(For the record...I love them the same....Diapering aside. Lol)

I have been lucky with the poops so far (EBF). She poops only every 3-5 days. I am not looking forward to the nastier poops (from food).

M hasn't been too difficult in most ways but she sure as heck does poop a lot and it is barely ever ploppable!!! Hope I get an easy CD baby #2 also
