I have a front loader HE machine and I feel like I have tried everything to get rid of the stink in the inserts!
Ive stripped them, washed in super hot water, changed up the washing routine, added extra soap and rinses, less soap..calgon...etc etc. I think my only solution is to add some bleach once in a while to the load. So my question is..has anyone used bleach in their front loader HE machine? If so how much bleach do you use?
Elijahs pee smells horrible. He only wears his CD at night but by lunch the next day the smell is pouring out of the wet bag from just one diaper. I have to use bleach on the inserts every time I wash. We have a front loader HE and I am having the best results from doing a load with HOT, HOt, HOT water with the bleach filled to the max line without detergent. I wash them again with detergent and set an extra rinse. If I do a cycle with bleach and detergent it doesent work as well for some reason.
