Up to now I had totally avoided staydry pockets... but now we are really trying to get M to sleep better at night. Plus she needed a HUGE diaper to provide enough absorbency since she started wetting a ton at night. So I got these XL happy heinys pockets. M is almost 30 lb and really bootylicious with a high rise.
Verdict after night #1: awesome!!! They are aplix and once stuffed, soooooo easy to get on, especially compared to a no-longer-stretchy, no-longer-easy-to-snappi bamboo terry shell with big old foldy lay in inserts (which then needs a wool soaker too). She slept better than usual and my flat padfolded with a Thirsties hemp prefold was enough absorbency although it was REALLY heavy in the morning. Her butt looked just fine, no issues. She is definitely less sensitive than she used to be.
Heck of a lot cheaper than new fitteds and wool too...
