I'm working full time right now and quit CDing because i was burnt out on laundry. As i was sorting through everything to sell, i found myself quite attached to certain diapers. I decided to give it another shot for awhile. I'm only CDing the baby though, and not using anything that requires stuffing or extra steps. It's fun because diapers fit my daughter completely different than they did my son. Brands i used to hate are now fun to use.
I work full time too, and right now we are doing cloth on the weekends only, although often I wish we were still CDing full time - especially when I take out the garbage
I can't bring myself to sell any of my CDs either. I've found that what I like best now isn't the same as what I liked when my son was little, so I decided to keep everything in case my preferences change again. Also, I am really looking forward to CDing #2 eventually!
We have been part time in sposies since I got pregnant, I was using them when morning sickness was bad and/or M was having yucky poops for any reason. Right now she is on some rough antibiotics and having lots of yucky poops so we are doing them most of the time. Sometimes she asks for cloth instead and I feel bad, she definitely prefers cloth comfort-wise! But I can only spray out so many poops per day and stay sane! I don't have the energy right now.
#2 is on the way. I will definitely have him in 100% cloth. It was a long time before M could tolerate sposies, and she was such a super pooper, it would have been terrible to use them at all when she was EBF! But M is so big now, she goes through so few diapers anyway, it is not as big a deal either way. FX that she moves to undies soon too! I have them ready, just waiting for her to show more readiness for independent pottying.
