Had a full bladder when I got home so I went for it. I was able to find one and my hubby heard it right away got up to like 145 then went to find number two and I think I found it. It likes to hide on the tv ultrasound mad it was really faint. Not sure it was two but it made me smile I am praying both babies are growing healthy!! I tried after I pottied and got nothing. Full bladder is the way to go! Only going to try once or twice a week. But it's fun to hear!!

Yay! It's awesome to hear the babies heartbeats. I love having a Doppler. I googled tips for how to use it and it helped some.

I have a sonoline doppler as well....forgot all about the full bladder!! I tried the other day and **** near had a panic attack because I couldn't find it....eventually I did....but talk about panic....the OB was able to find it with the doppler so I knew I should have been able to as well.

Yay!
I've had mine a few weeks now - just got a cheapo AngelSounds on ebay for $24 but its been working great! I am sticking to a once a week schedule but actually went 11days between this last week. We pulled it out Wednesday night to listen in - gets stronger and stronger every time! DH doesn't even complain about pausing football to listen when I find it lol

I'm having trouble not doing it everyday. LOL Well...I actually went from doing it every night to every other night. There were times that I was just too busy or too tired to listen so I may have skipped a couple of days.

I hope its not bad for the baby.

I think i got free shipping of where I live in closeness to Atlanta. I can't remember but I choose the free shipping option when I checked out. i did it before the new year so may have had a change in policy come Jan 1?

My hubby was like "is that it and started galloping" and of course with a big smile. I'm tempted to try it again tonight but don't want to do too much. Then again I'm sleeping on a brand new memory foam mattress that smells out to high heaven. Not sure which is worse.

It's not bad for the baby. With the twins I was in the hospital for preterm labor, and was stable but my exH was worried about me coming home (3rd time for PTL) they did "fetal heart tones" 2-3x a day. They basically used a Doppler thing and listened to the heartbeats 2-3x a day.

I use the Doppler daily to every other day. It just depends on what's going on. Once I find the heartbeat I listen for about 20-30 seconds.

Yes it does Amanda. You can get one that doesn't but mine does. It was a little bit more expensive.

I told myself I wouldn't get one, but I thought they were a lot more expensive. Now I'm tempted...
