Mine have been spent home in bed sleeping all day long. Luxuries of not having kids and living alone I guess. But I feel like I have no life anymore. If I'm invited somewhere, it takes every bit of strength I have just to pull my life together enough to get out of bed.
Last night, I thought I'd try and hang....I'd been in bed all day, then around 7pm I finally got up to shower and dress for a dinner party.. I went and the service was so slow, 2hours after being there I was yawning...I ate 2 forkfuls of pasta and three mozzarella sticks and a glass of water and was full.
Left the dinner party and decided I was gonna hang out with my bestie and we were going to go see a band and party a bit. She partied and I sat at the bar for 3 hours drinking pineapple juice and water and sleepy out of my mind.
Today.....I've been sleeping on and off all day. I was supposed to go visit a friend today, but my bed is way more inviting. This can't be normal......My life is a distant memory....sigh.
You lucky. I still have 3 others to get up for I don't have that luxury. Lunch dinner breakfast tea party and teddy bears abc 's and whiney baby even after a nap..... I want a nap I want to never leave the bed. .... I'll switch places with you for 24h and you'd be happy for that lack of life (I envy you)

I have 4 kids so when they get up...I have no choice but to get up - they won't let me sleep in. I've tried to hide a couple of times to take a nap, but as soon as my youngest two discover I'm not around...the hunt is on.
For the most part though I just lounge around and tidy things up here and there.
