So my doctor told me yesterday ( I am 11 weeks and 5 days) that my HCG levels are high. My HCG levels were 134,000. This makes me really paranoid because I have read so many places that HCG can be associated with chromosomal abnormalities. Also multiples- but there is for sure only one baby in there. She checked!

I found a chart online that shows the ranges for HCG levels by week and according to the chart, the range for 9-12 weeks is 25,700-288,000. According to that range, my 134,000 would be right in the middle. Why would she tell me this is high? Does that seem high? I am 34 so I am a little more stressed about chromosomal stuff than I was with previous pregnancies.

I don't think it's high. Sounds normal to me for 11 weeks. Your only 2 weeks from the 2nd trimester. My levels at just 7 weeks with one of my previous pregnancies was 56,000 and that was only at week 7. I think you are well within range.
