He got here Monday morning at 10:28 am, about 4 hours after we got to the hospital. I was scheduled to be induced Tuesday at 5am but he had plans of his own! I almost didn't make it in time to get an epidural but my nurse worked hard to make it happen and I am soooo grateful. It was the most pain-free birth I have ever had, except for the hours between 5:30am (when we left for the hospital) and 8:30am (when I got the epidural). I'm pretty sure I was 10cm by the time the epidural was fully placed, I know I was 30 mins later so it all went pretty fast.
I pushed for about an hour and then he was here, no tearing at all.

I'm soooo happy that I didn't have to be induced and that everything ended up going sooo well. He is nursing really well except my milk came in last night during the night and he's having some trouble latching now but we'll figure it out. I've had VERY little sleep since saturday night, because he doesn't want to sleep anywhere except my arms and he cries when we put him down. I am optimistic and happy though. I think I had so much stress before he was born that I feel like I can handle anything now and I am just really feeling good mentally/emotionally. Physically, eh, I'm ok but I can't wait to feel back to normal!!
