I am so freaking frustrated! If I try to clean or go for a walk or be active I get winded and feel like I can't breathe with this baby on my lungs.

Anyone else feeling winded?

Ya'll... I ran out of breath eating a banana, no lie.

LMAO!!! I'm sorry I don't mean to laugh AT you. But the visual of being out of breath from eating is hilarious to me. Like you take a bite and chew and swallow and then you're like "Whew! Lawd!! *pant* *pant* *pant*"

I sometimes get winded if I get up from bed or from a chair or walking a few yards. I just got up from my desk and walked across the hall to the conference room and sat down and was breathing like I'd just ran down the street. LOL

I'm actually doing better these days standing than sitting or laying down. I can't breathe at all laying down anymore. But even standing up it's hard. Like that feeling you get in your chest when you try to take a deep breath outside in the cold. Just heavy and achy.

I can still do that, but I my legs have to be open when bending or else I get winded and Demitri gets pissed. LOL When putting on socks and shoes, I have to sit and pull my leg up over my knee to put them on. Otherwise, I feel like I'm going to pass out from lack of oxygen.

Haha yes! My husband and I try to go on walks, and I'm like slow down! Apparently he feels I walk like a snail.

I thought I was doing good pushing the cart in Lowes the other day. I was all, "OH yea, look at me walking normal" only to realize my oldest had her feet on the ground and was propelling us forward.....

Oh man! It's getting tough!

I was in Vancouver for a conf last weekend and had to do a lot of walking. Poor DH was pretty worried about me huffing and puffing along. And he tried to get me to slow down and not keep up with the group.

The other time I'm getting it bad is when talking a long time. I do a lot of talking at work. And I sit there trying to catch my breath while talking, hoping my patients/families aren't noticing. ugh

I do it while talking too, my grandma asked why I was out of breath the other day when I was telling a long story so I guess it's noticeable for me :/

UGH my great gran was that way, God bless her! My favorite thing she would say "Well you arent TOO fat... but you aren't skinny either. Don't you gain no weight, but if you lose some you wont look right either"

.... thanks Granny lol
