Hello, I do not remember the exact date of my lmp but I know that i was on it around november 15 2013 my periods are regular, normal cycle. I had intercourse on nov 29, Dec 6, and Dec 11 i had a negative home pregnancy test on december 15(first response) but a positive on december 23(clearblue digital) that predicted 2-3 weeks. The clinic told me I was regnant so I went on assuming I wasn't. Well I went into the emergency on April 13, 2014 and they said I was. My first ultrasound (april 13,2014) was showing the gestational age of 21 weeks and 2 days. If it helps at all my BHCG, quantitative test showed 61228* how accurate is the ultrasound? I need help estimating the correct date of conception

You cannot figure out your date of conception based on when you had sex. You could have conceived up to 5 days after intercourse. So basically any time between Nov 29-Dec 16th.
Based on what I know about pregnancy tests, I'm going to assume you conceived around December 8th from the sex you had on the 6th. That would have given you a negative on the first response on the 15th and a 2-3 weeks positive on the digital on the 23rd. Your due date would be about August 31st, so on April 13th you'd have been exactly 20 weeks.
The ultrasounds have a margin of error of 2 weeks, so the dates you got (21 weeks, 2 days), would still be within that margin of error.
They are pretty close earlier on. They can be off by up to 2 weeks and 2 lbs as stated above. But usually thats in the third trimester. However we did a group collective post about how big our babies were at their anatomy scans and had quite a verity. Several oz difference.
Your LMP isnt really going to make much difference here. Your Doctor is going to give you your EDD based on your scan. Even if its off by a week, or days, or oz, or anything. That is the only thing definine they have to go on so that is what they are going to use.
Your BHC isnt going to make much difference at this stage either im afraid. Babies just develop at difference speeds once out of the first trimester.
Congrats on your little one! It must be exciting and nerve wrecking to find out for sure this late in the game! Hope all is going well otherwise.
