I think your best bet is to see a psychologist. Because you know you should be eating better and your not, I am doubting a nutritionist will help you any.
Not eating healthy during pregnancy will put you at risk for gestational diabetes. And if your like me you will end up keeping it permanently. Tho and I chuckle at this, my need for insulin is almost nil now because I barely eat. I still get a 396 sugar from an order of fries but I seldom eat them.
It also can put your baby at developmental risk and at risk for intrauterine growth retardation. No it doesn't mean your baby will be retarded. It means that your baby will not grow properly and may have some delays caused by this.
i don't know what you're post was - i read it after you deleted it - don't feel stupid about anything you post - we've all been there. Ditto on trying to eat healhty when preggo - i got gest. diabetes and really had to take care of myself. try as much as you can, as hard as it is, to enjoy this time - it doesn't happen often being preggo and creating a life - and it is sooo worth it.
