I'm having major anxiety issues right now I've had 2468 calories today! I'm trying to not purge I know i need to just not think about it and go to bed but i can't stop thinking of what I'm going to do to get rid of all this fat and filth i put into my body!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH why do i do this I can't do anything right! I hate myself right now!!!!!!!!!!

i'm sorry you're having such a hard time - just take it a minute at a time. Those calories for one day aren't going to hurt you - what does hurt you is purging them. tomorrow is a new day to get on track. just breath and try to do something positive to get your mind off of it. good luck hun. I know it's hard.

You shouldn't feel badly. You can get back on track tomorrow. FYI, that amount of calories is about normal for me in a day. I breastfeed and workout regularly and need the cals. to keep from losing weight.

cindermella - I know you mean to be supportive but probably pointing out to the OP that that is 4 days of calories for you is likely to make her feel worse, not better.

Remember, ladies, we need to take in around 2000 calories/day to maintain our weight, and some of us (BF'ing or in recovery & needing to gain weight need more).
