Hello all, my name is Natasha, I am 26, and have 3 girls (ages 7,6,4). I recently got remarried in June, and we are expecting our first together on March 28th. Well, for the last year or so before I got married I was working really hard on my recovery from bulimia. Now I am pregnant and it's really hard to be gaining weight. So, just thought I may come here for some support. I am not worried about myself during the pregnancy, but to be honest, I am after. I can write more later, and feel free to ask any questions you'd like Thanks for letting me share.
Hi Natasha! I'm Nicole,23, recovering from bulimia as well! My daughter is Lynda 11 months today! I completely understand about the "after pregnancy" affect. Its hard but with the ladies here and knowing I'm not alone has been great support!
Looking forward to getting to know you, not many people here (reckon thats a good thing ) but welcome welcome!
Welcome!!! This is a support group for ppl at all different stages I can understand being worried about after - i was nervous too. Oh ya, lol, I'm alethia DS just turned 2. I struggled with anorexia/bulimia for about 12 years but have been in recovery for about 3 years. Again, welcome and congrats!
Welcome. I'm 26 as well and pregnant with my first. I came here for the same reasons that you did. Im not too concerned about during the pregnancy, but after its done, I know I will need extra support and have to be extra strong to get through.
