I have had a cold since last Sunday, but the last few days, I dn't know if it is where I get so upset about eating or if I have a stomach bug, but every time I eat anything substantial, I throw up. My stomach gets upset, I have to spend the rest of the day trying to sip pepto and taking immodium.
Today, I ate 3/4 of a 1/2 a sub and threw it all back up. So for dinner, we had steak, rice, and peas, I ate about 1/3 of my steak and really didn't touch the sides. Within minutes, my stomach started rumbling, so I took some a phenergan and kept it down. I just got finished working out. I was depressed because I only managed to get 200 sit-ups in, and 50 of each obleque, since my stomach was hurting.
DH just came and handed me a banana and I just hid it beside my recliner, hoping he won't notice. I wish I could get rid of the guilt feelings. That's what makes me feel so bad. Every bite I take I feel it slithering down. I want to be healthy for my kids, but I know I have away to go.
first of all its awesome that you are being so honest second i took a step back when Kaylee Mable was first born i had a slip too...im sorry you're struggling it's soooooo hard hang in there and while your sick try not to excersize ...you're going to make youreself more sick and feed your ed thoughts more too
