[Perfectly~Flawed]

I am now
one year
relapse free!

I know that this is only the beginning. But, after four years of active recovery, I am in love with this feeling.

I'm in love with being "healthy"!

I just hope and pray that I can stick with it for another year, then another and another....

One day at a time, though.

WELL DONE! I have been in and out of recovery for since 2008 and i just past the one year mark myself - cant believe i made it through Christmas with out stress or worry, I didn't even think about it which is actually amazing. my first Christmas since 2001 where i didn't have to LET myself eat a chocolate or justify it by running for an hour etc. I'm so proud of myself and to be fair i really haven't stopped this year to give myself credit for it - so i am now - well done me lol.
Congrats again and lets make this freedom last forever.
