Today I am 6 weeks. The only symptoms I have had so far are sore nipples and lots of constipation, usually at night. I wake up uncomfortable so many times throughout the night and I drink some prune juice which helps the pain, but I can't actually go to the bathroom until sometimes in the morning once I am up. I also find it much easier if I have a little coffee. I am being careful with caffeine though. I don't drink soda, and if I do have a coffee, it's a small cup (not everyday) and it is the 1/2 caffeinated kind. My first ultrasound will be on Tuesday, 1/21/2014 which I will be just over 7 weeks. :-)
Congrats! I'm technically 4w4d per my LMP but since I ovulated 2 days early I would be 5w tomorrow I don't have many symptoms except sore nips (not bad) and I do have gas. When I was preg with my CP I had TERRIBLE constipation!
Congrats on the baby

Congratulations!! I am six weeks today, so we must be due a day apart. Yay! It will probably feel more real after seeing the baby I am scheduled for the first ultrasound on 1/29 which will be 8 weeks. Hope your appointment is wonderful!
I'm not quite as far as you, but I don't have many symptoms at all. I'm not as exhausted as I was with my DH (thankfully!), and I have no nausea/morning sickness. I'm hungry and I have been drinking a lot of water which results in lots of potty breaks. I'm also watching my caffeine, but I'm drinking tea instead of coffee to help with the constipation. I hope you have a great appointment!
EDD: September 19th, 2014!
