I hate it! I go to bed and have no problems, but by morning I am all stuffed up and wake myself up snoring. I have a humidifier going to try to keep from getting all dried out while sleeping, but I still wake up with my nose and throat feeling stuffy and yucky. I know sleeping elevated a little is supposed to help, but I can't really do it without waking up with back and neck pain. I have to sleep on my side, already uncomfortable on my back and so sleeping inclined is really difficult. Any other ideas? Are you dealing with this too?

I don't really have any ideas.. just wanted to say that I am dealing with the congestion also. I have to blow my nose every morning and I have tons of sinus headaches from the pressure. If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them also.

Have you tried a nette pot before bed? I have always found them to be helpful with controlling congestion.

I hope you find a solution!

I've never heard of a nette pot before, but I'm going to look into it - the congestion has been getting me with a vengeance too!

The congestion has been rough - sleeping elevated really does help but I know what you mean I wake up with a major crick in my neck. Sometimes a steamy shower helps me too (I usually put the water on full heat and let it really steam up the shower and then turn it down before I get in) I hope you find something that works for you!

I'm not really sure how a nette pot even works, but I have heard of them. I usually use saline spray in my nose before bed. I would use it in the night too if I could count on the noise not waking up my 18 month old. She was up for 2 hours last night, for no apparent reason! Boy is it tiring being a mom sometimes LOL

I don't have any suggestions but I am definitely dealing with it, too. I have mild congestion all day every day. But at night it gets really bad.
