I have one that I purchased at target with a previous pregnancy. I used it early in pregnancy to hold my pants up when I could no longer button them
I used it a lot after my last pregnancy as well. For the first several weeks I used the hospital issued support belt during the day and then my belly band as night as it was much softer. I continued to use it as I was getting in shape as it contained my extra belly lumps and managed to smooth them out a bit under shirts
I purchased a belly bandit when I was pregnant with DD. I spent 6 days in the hospital though, and by the time I got home, I completely forgot about it. I still have it, but I am unsure if I will use it this time or not!
I hear a lot of good things about them though, and how good they are at getting things "back in place" afterwards!
I bought a support band for pregnancy and have not used it... probably because most of my pants have the panel that comes up over the tummy... so another layer on that just seems too much. Especially when I always wear a tank top under my shirt...
For after delivery... I won't use anything. Maybe just some more support granny underwear
