I always have acne during the first half of my cycle (guess it is the PCOS thing), but it always clears up after ovulation. It hasn't gotten bad again... yet. I do have ridiculously dry skin on my hands though, which I didn't even know was a pregnancy symptom until yesterday.
In general my skin is pretty good but it's crazy oily so I have to really work to keep it from breaking out. Typically I break out a little around when I O.
Now it's awful. I'm all kinds of broken out all over the place. And some of them are those gross under the surface things that just stay forever. My skin is not very forgiving so if I get big red pimples the redness will literally stay forever, albeit just small dots.
I noticed that I have getting one or two. Usually I do not have any… Except occasionally. I do feel greasy though! Even my hair!!! So I find myself washing my face more… But then I have an ASHY face… So I put on moisturizer…

I didn't realize this was pregnancy related either!! It's funny, DF was trying to rub my hand last night and was like "Eeew. What's wrong with your hands??" LOL I thought it was just the cold weather and washing too many dishes!!
I had horrible dry skin over my whole body my entire pregnancy last time. It got so bad I had to put baby oil in my bath and lotion up several times a day. I definitely think its a pregnancy symptom that some people don't realize they have.

My mom is an OB, and she told me even she didn't know dryness was an early pregnancy symptom! I'm putting on lotion a couple times a day and still have alligator skin, so I had to check and sure enough, it is a symptom.
