Thought this was pretty interesting. I drink kangen water and have been doing it for a little less than a year. I've noticed a lot of changes in my body...may explain why I got preggo so easily this time around. So far no symptoms just exhaustion. We will see if it's true.
That's actually a controversial claim, and the article you link that supports it cites as its source only the woman who invented it, so it does have bias. The opinions of other natural medicine practitioners, including the Mayo Clinic and the noted Dr. Andrew Weil, differ from the article you shared.
I wasn't trying to start a debate or a controversial thread. I drink Kangen water and I have seen some benefits. I was just trying to post something out there for the women who are suffering from MS or for future reference on how to deal with it. I'm not selling any products. It's like anything that we post on here, some ladies will agree on certain things to take during pregnancy, and some just stay away completely just to avoid any consequences. To each thier own. I'm a nurse, and I have seen women who have followed a healthy and strict diet and avoided all sorts of meds and what not, and ended up having pregnancy issues or the baby having difficulty adjusting to extrauterine life, or vice versa, where moms are drug addicted and the babies do NOT have any issues. it's a give or take sitation. Sorry, if I made it seem like i was encouraging people in drinking alkaline/alkalized water. not my intention.

I know you weren't selling anything, nor were you trying to start a controversy. But because pregnancy is a tricky time for supplements and alternative medicines, I always add additional resources for people to look at. That's all.
