I had my appt on Friday, and the doctor put my due date at Sept. 13. Based on my LMP it is 9/3. 10 days! I know I have a long cycle, but.... I knew it would be moved forward, but not by 10 days. I thought it would be 6 or 7 days based on when my monitor said I was ovulating and when we had sex.
Strong heartbeat seen! But I can't decide whether I should be worried about measuring 3 days smaller than expected?! So of course I worry.
Also, I had a corpus luteum cyst on my left ovary - which the doctor said was normal. Have another u/s set in 4 weeks to see if it's shrinking. Of course, now I have to worry about it rupturing and maybe hurting the baby?? Doc said it was making progesterone.
Too much to worry about! Especially the size. And now I have to wait four more weeks to see if all is okay. Does sizing small correlate to m/c? It's only three days off from where I expected...and the doctor seemed happy.
I know exactly when I ovulated as well. I'm basing my EDD off my ovulation date and get September 1st. Going by my LMP, my nurse said September 3rd is my EDD. So no huge difference but still....if I know when I ovulated, shouldn't that count?!
3 days difference doesn't seem like too big of a gap to me. I *think* that if baby is measuring weeks behind then the docs get concerned but I'm not totally sure.
I'm sorry you're freaking out.....I am too
Sending some 's to you and hoping you get answers instead of having to wait 4 weeks!
