So for now I have been doing a workout video at home everyday and Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I noticed that yesterday I got a side stitch or at least that's what I call it. Its a light pain on the right side close to the lower half of my rib cage. I don't normally get them. I workout again today and it happened again. Do you know if its normal? Is that an indication that I should slow down? Or of something worse? I don't have any cramps, or spotting and where the pain is coming from I wouldn't think it would be an indication of a ectopic pregnancy but I've never experienced one so I don't know.

I get these every once in a while too... I am a runner. So far since I have been pregnant I have had this two days in a row while running, but I am not associating it with pregnancy, because I have gotten them before being pregnant too and it feels exactly the same. I attribute mine to eating too close to my running time... not sure if that has anything to do with yours? I run better if I wait an hour after I've eaten anything. Just be careful and maybe stop or slow down when you feel it come on
